Fulton police arrested a man and woman after discovering a mobile methamphetamine lab in their pickup truck.

Police say Chelsea Dunham and Michael Procko, both of Adams, were arrested after police spotted a suspicious pickup truck on West Third in Fulton. After searching the vehicle, police found hypodermic needles, plastic tubing, glass containers and unspecified chemicals commonly used in the production of meth. Both Dunham and Procko face felony meth manufacture charges, along with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
