An Arizona man is in custody for his involvement in a wrong-way car crash in which an Oswego woman died last month.
Benjamin Kuzelka was recovering from injuries he suffered in the crash. He was arrested after his release from the hospital. Arizona authorities say Kuzelka was driving the wrong way on a state highway when he collided head-on with an SUV. Mary Boysman was in the passenger seat, but not wearing her seat belt. She was taken from the scene, but died soon after. Detectives say Kuzelka will be charged with aggravated assault, endangerment, aggravated DUI and criminal damage.
