August is National Immunization Awareness Month, and Onondaga County Health Department wants to make sure your children's vaccines are up-to-date.

Health department officials say schools have changed requirements for vaccinations, so you should check with your health care provider to see what the status of your children's immunizations are.  The health department also provides a immunization clinic on Thursdays for those without health insurance.  For more information, contact the health department at 435-2000.
