Auburn Police are investigating a robbery where the victim was attacked by three males and they robbed him of his cellphone, wallet and even his clothing.

On May 9, 2014 at about 11:00 pm a male victim was walking through Pomeroy Park, when he was approached by 3 males who demanded his money and belongings. The victim refused at which point he was attacked by 2 of the males resulting in injuries consisting of scratches, abrasions and swelling to the face. Forcibly taken from the victim was a cell phone, wallet and clothing.

The suspects fled north across Genesee Street into the Church Street neighborhood. An investigation is underway and police are asking for the public’s assistance.

Suspect #1 described as a black male, 23-25 years old, approx 6’1” tall weighing 215 lbs, having a short dreadlock hair style wearing blue jeans with gold logos on them, black T-shirt also with gold logos on it.

Suspect #2 described as a black male, 19-20 years old, 5’6” tall weighing 150 lbs, wearing dark gym shorts, white T-shirt, tan Timberland Boots.

Suspect #3 described as 18-20 years old, approx 6’ tall weighing 120 lbs wearing blue jeans, a dark colored T-shirt. This subject stood by and did not become directly involved.
