New York's attorney general has reached a settlement with craft chain Hobby Lobby over claims of deceptive advertising.
Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says Hobby Lobby had run ads suggesting they were discounting prices on certain items, when in fact the only price had been the "sale" price. Schneiderman says Hobby Lobby will provide $138,000 in gift cards to hundreds of New York schools. Of those, over 100 are schools in Central New York. Hobby Lobby will also pay $85,000 in fines.
