Oswego police say they arrested two suspects who they say made arrangements with an undercover officer to trade methamphetamine for pseudoephedrine.

Officers say they believe Ronald Gibbs of Hannibal (left) and Nicholas Bacon of Oswego (right), who were taken into custody, wanted the pseudoephedrine they swapped to make more meth. Gibbs and Bacon were both charged with criminal sale of controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of meth manufacturing material. They are both in the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
