Syracuse police arrest a teenage suspect for the strong-arm robbery of another teen on West Brighton Street.

Officers say a young male victim was walking on West Brighton when another male asked to use his cell phone. When the victim refused, the male suspect took the phone from him. The victim provided police with a description of the suspect and they searched the immediate area. They soon located Josh Williams of Syracuse who officers determined was the suspect. He was charged with robbery and taken to the Justice Center to await arraignment. No one was injured.
