TONY STEWART: Back to the Track
He hasn't raced since the August 9th incident in which he struck and killed a fellow racer who'd stepped out of his car onto the track.
Tony Stewart is back to the NASCAR track.
He'll hold a news conference (Friday) at Atlanta Motor Speedway and will returned to action this weekend after a three-week hiatus. He hasn't been behind the wheel since an August 9th incident on a dirt track in which he hit and killed a fellow racer who'd stepped out of his car. Kevin Ward Junior was upset about a wreck that he felt Stewart had caused.
Stewart hasn't been charged in the incident.
