My Experience This Week At The Dentist

I went to the dentist on Monday for some major, major dental work at Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry.

Boy have things changed for the better in dental work and procedures since I was a kid.  I can truly say I never felt a thing.  That is what my Doctor, David Pearce specializes in.  Here is how it went.

I took a pill the night before I went to help me sleep.  He prescribed it for me.  The next morning it was an early appointment and I took a pill before we went to the Dentist.  Well, on the way out, I really began to relax.  I felt pretty good when I got there and they quickly put me in the chair and gave an IV of sedation.  I never even knew I was there.  I kind of did, but not really.

My hubby drove me home and I slept most of the day.  That night the good Doctor called to see how I was doing.  He was so kind and caring and thanked me for allowing his group to be a part of the team that takes care of me.  Think about that!

Did your dentist (not an assistant) ever call you to see how you are doing.  Very, very nice.

I was frightened from the dentist from numerous terrorizing stories of times that Novocaine was not even used to tossing my cookies in the white bowl and it overflowed on to the floor. That is just a few of the things that happened to me.  My sister is just as scared of dentists as I am.  Now I can honestly say that it is no bother and I am taking care of my teeth regularly.

Thank you Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry for taking great care of me.  I really appreciate it.
