Justin Timberlake has postponed a sold out Buffalo concert for the second time this year, citing vocal chords that are still recovering from bruising. JT sent out a heartfelt apology to fans:
"Hey guys, I'm sure you have heard that I've had to postpone several tour dates due to bruised vocal cords," Timberlake wrote on Instagram. "My vocal cords are healing, but they are not all the way back to normal, so my doctors want me to continue to rest my voice. They have asked me to hold off on singing until next month. I'm really sorry, I want to be back on the stage and I am doing all I can to get there quickly. Thank you for understanding -- I see all of your posts and I appreciate the support and the love. I look forward to coming back stronger than I was before. More to come on the rescheduled dates."
He didn't just single out buffalo, JT postponed all of his December tour dates including shows in NYC and Los Angeles. Tickets for the original October 28th show and the more recent December 19th show will still be honored at the new date. Refunds are also being offered to those who can't make the new date. The former NSYNC boy band member says he is very close to recovery but his doctors advised him to continue his vocal rest in preparation of his future tour dates. A new date is yet to be announced.
