Local Professor Among Those Killed In Deadly Limo Crash

An assistant Geology professor named Brian Hough was among those killed in the deadliest automobile crash in nearly a decade. SUNY Oswego released a statement in his memory describing his contributions and offering condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues. Brian was not a passenger on the limo that was headed towards a birthday celebration, being driven by someone without proper licensing. It is also noted that the limo itself was behind on inspections. Needless to say, this tragedy shouldn't have happened.

If you ask me, limousines are death traps. There have been too many tragedies to ignore that they are unsafe and hazardous on the road. People also need to be aware that licensing and inspections are necessary for a reason- if you're driving a vehicle without the proper experience and it's not even inspected then you're a danger to yourself and everyone else on the road. Be careful out there guys, and send positive thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims.
