Funk N' Waffles is closing it's doors in Rochester after only 18 months in business. This has come as a shock to many, and the owner Adam Gold says he's not giving up on Rochester- it was just too big of a location, and the foot traffic couldn't support it. It was a huge building, more of a music hall than a storefront, and while business was good they still decided it needed a downsizing.
Rochester has a very nice music scene, perfect for a Funk N' Waffles style food and beverage joint, I bet once they find a new location it will be booming again!
