Wet snow, freezing rain, power outages, the whole sha-bang! There's a winter storm warning in effect for Upstate New York! It's that time of year again- that time when everyone knows the road is slippery but you still see car after car halfway in a ditch on the side of the road. If you see snow on the ground, and its freezing or semi freezing temps, you can bet that the driving conditions are going to be a bit sloppy. Do everyone a favor and leave ten minutes earlier than usual, or drive the speed limit -or under- while traversing the roads.
Do you think this storm is gonna be all its cracked up to be? The weather folks say the warning is in effect until Friday morning, so all you commuters better take warning!
