Lauren Alaina joined Rascal Flatts on stage to perform one of the trio’s iconic 2000s ballads during a show on Thursday night (February 5) in Nashville, Tennessee.

Rascal Flatts reintroduced Alaina to the Bridgestone Arena audience after her own set during the concert. Together, the group performed “My Wish,” and led a sing-along with the crowd. The Academy of Country Music shared a clip of the performance on Instagram on Friday morning (February 6).

Rascal Flatts — made up of Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney — included “My Wish” on their 2006 studio album, Me and My Gang. the record also included “What Hurts the Most,” the title track “Life Is a Highway” and more. Those tracks remain among the band’s biggest hits of their decades-spanning career, along with “Bless The Broken Road,” “These Days,” “Fast Cars And Freedom,” and others. Last year, Rascal Flatts released Life Is A Highway: Refueled Duets, a 10-track album with “I Dare You,” a new collaboration with the Jonas Brothers, plus reimagined versions of hits with Carly Pearce, Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and more. That project marked 25 years since Rascal Flatts made their debut.

Rascal Flatts performed a sold-out run of 25th anniversary shows in 2025, and kept headlining tour dates going in 2026 with Alaina and Chris Lane. See the remaining dates below.

“What a ride the past year has been! We’re so excited to continue this tour, the response we’ve received from everyone has been overwhelming and humbling,” DeMarcus said in a statement when Rascal Flatts announced 2026 tour stops. “We’ve truly had such a blast over the past year getting back in front of our fans out on the road, and we thought, ‘Why not keep the party going?’”
