Morgan Wallen's team has released the info that his doctors from Nashville’s Vanderbilt Voice Center are the one recommending six weeks of silence for Morgan. So far that means he has had to pull out of a bunch of shows, concerts and appearances including the 2023 ACM Awards happening this Thursday just outside of Dallas. He'd also been planning on a number of events associated with the annual awards show. Concerts that have now been called off include the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam in Florida and the Carolina Country Music Fest in South Carolina. For fans attending those events, the great news is Kenny Chesney has been booked to play instead of Morgan. His “One Night at a Time World Tour” shows in Hershey, PA; East Rutherford, NJ; Houston; Atlanta; Pittsburgh; and Philadelphia have all been canceled. We'll have to wait and see if he'll be ready to return to the road for scheduled shows at Wrigley Park in Chicago beginning on June 22nd.
