A puppy in Utica was left to die by its owners, wrapped up in two plastic bags, and thrown into a dumpster. Fortunately, the quick thinking of a nearby man and his daughter who heard the puppies cries for help contributed to the little guy being okay.
They immediately called 911, and went to the dumpster to find the puppy struggling to get out.
"When I opened the bag and saw him he was barley moving. He was yelping at a lower tone that what we heard earlier," said Christopher Thompson.
Police were able to identify two individuals and charge them with misdemeanor charges of abandonment. Fortunately, for Oscar the puppy, this had a very good ending. You can check out the full story here.
