I've seen a lot of interesting things over the years. With people getting what appear to be ridiculous charges filed against them for doing something so simple. And this little girl probably tops the list.
An 11 year old girl named Autumn Blanchard was trespassing (according to neighbors) on their property, just to get to her bus stop. She was given three no-trespass orders by police.
Her Mother was upset about this, and told the Cape Cod Times she wished someone talked to her about it.
"I am beyond distressed by this situation," she told the newspaper. "I can't imagine why it had to go to this level. Someone should have spoken to me."
She could go to jail for 30 days or pay a $100 fine if she steps foot on their property again. Do you think that it's too much?
