Syracuse-ans not only love the summer for the warm weather, but also for the amazing food! Throughout the warm months the people of Syracuse can eat their way into Poland, Greece, Ukraine, and the unique fried foods of the Great NY State Fair!
This year, May 5th kicks off the season of food festivals in Syracuse with the Crawfish Festival & Clambake. This festival takes place in Clinton Square and runs from 11am to 7pm. This festival is presented by Operation Norther Comfort, which works to rebuild homes damaged by natural disasters. This festival is one of its major fundraisers! They also support local non-profits such as, In My Fathers Kitchen and A Tiny Home For Good. So come out and support amazing causes while eating some amazing deep-fried crawfish mac and cheese!
