This Burger In Syracuse Was Voted BEST In New York!

We have a winner! Plus, the winner is from Central New York!  Who won and for what? Glad you asked. The Power Play Burger from Syracuse’s own Ale “n” Angus pub was recently named the 2018 New York Best Burger by a team of Yelp Elite Judges according to the New York Beef Council.

The burger consists of a half pound of Angus beef topped with shaved prime rib, American cheese, lettuce, and tomato sitting on a New York Bakery soft kaiser roll! Yum! Runners up were the Elvis Burger from Madison Bistro, Wampsville, the Infused Bacon Burger from Uncle’s Tavern, New York Mills, and the Loose Caboose from Crazy Otto’s Empire Diner in Herkimer.

The burgers were judged in appearance, taste, texture, proper cooking, creativity, and service on a scale of 1 to 10.  The Power Play Burger also won the award in 2012.  So, congratulations to the Ale “n” Angus pub for its tasty treat!
