Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards has a new alcoholic drink for you at the NYS Fair this year. It's good for morning, day, and night according to the president of Beak & Skiff. The drink consists of 1911 Cold Brew Coffee Vodka, as well as Bryne Dairy chocolate milk, whipped cream, and roasted coffee from Recess Coffee of Syracuse.
All of this together with a chocolate and an apple cider donut garnish create the perfect alcoholic treat. The drink has plenty of caffeine, as well as about 7% alcohol content.
The drink goes for $10 for a 12-ounce cup at the 1911 stand at the fair. 1911 has moved out of the Wine Court this year and is located next to the International building and near the Horticulture building. Make sure to go and check out their stand, as well as this tasty looking concoction. 1911 also serves three hard ciders, cider donuts, and other feature concoctions at the fair.
