Kaylee Foster had a pretty good day going when she was named Ocean Springs High School’s Homecoming Queen during halftime of her school’s football game against the George County Rebels. However, she had bigger things in mind!
You see, Kaylee is also the football team’s placekicker. When the game went into overtime, Kaylee was called upon to kick the potential game winning extra point. Well she delivered the game winner!
Kaylee didn’t have much time to celebrate the dual accomplishments as she had to prepare for the ACT test the next morning. Kaylee took it all in stride though. “I’m not going to think about anything, just think about the test and then once it’s over, I can think about tonight and last night and how much fun I’m going to have,” she said. Sounds good to me!
