Could You Stay In A Coffin For 30 Hours Straight?

Claustrophobic people need not apply! It seems that Six Flags St. Louis is holding a very interesting contest on October 13th. The challenge is to stay in a tight coffin for 30 hours straight. In other words, you must lie completely straight for 30 a closed coffin!

Now of course bathroom breaks will be allowed, but any contestant who leaves the coffin for any other reason will be disqualified. Six Flags calls it the “Fright Fest 30 Hour Coffin Challenge.” Contestants can bring a friend along during Fright Fest operating hours, but brave the challenge alone (except for some Fright Fest employees) during non-operating hours.

Contestants can bring cell phones, pillows, and blankets. People who complete the challenge will be entered into a drawing for $300, two 2019 Gold Season Passes, a Fright Fest prize package, two VIP Haunted House passes, and a ticket for two to ride the Freak Train for Freak Unleashed. You can register at, but you must be 18 years of age or older. Good luck to all the ghouls who enter!
