Local Sisters at The Cookie Connection in Syracuse Rise to a New Level

10-Years ago Betty Johnson and Kathy Sniezak opened a small bakery called The Cookie Connection. Only open for a few hours each week, catering to people with digestive problems, autoimmune diseases such as celiac, and people concerned with health issues related to gluten.

Like the treats, breads and cakes they bake. The sisters have risen to a new store located at 2803 Brewerton Road in Mattydale. The Cookie Connection is certified by the National Celiac Association as safe for people with gluten intolerance.
