There is a new Indian cuisine opening in Township 5 in Camillus this month. “Indian Grill” will be be owner Dinesh “Raj” Kumar’s fourth restaurant. He will be the co-owner with his partner, Aman Chadha. Kumar also owns Dosa Grill in DeWitt.
The restaurant will specialize in Northern and Southern Indian foods. The menu will include rice-based biryanis, tandoori-style meat kabobs, and vegetarian curries. Appetizers will include lentil and coconut soups, chicken tikka salad, as well as options for gluten-free and vegetarian diets.
From 11:30 am until 3:00 pm, a buffet lunch will be served. From 4:30 pm until 9:00 pm, dinner will be served. On Tuesday night, a buffet will also be available. Liquor will be available once the restaurant gets its license which should be in about a month. If you like Indian cuisine, check the Indian Grill out!
