The Syracuse University women's basketball squad tips off their NCAA tournament inside the Carrier Dome this weekend, earning the right to host Rounds 1 and 2. But that means the Dome's other tenants, the SU lacrosse teams, have to make some adjustments.
The men will take on rival Duke at Cicero-North Syracuse High School on March 24 at 2 p.m. The women will relocate the game against Notre Dame on March 23 to Christian Brothers Academy at noon. They have also moved their April 3 game against Virginia Tech to Christian Brothers Academy at 4 p.m due to Monster Jam setup.
Previously purchased tickets for the men's game against Duke are still valid. Fans can purchase tickets online, at the Carrier Dome Box Office, or in person at CNS before the game. Individual game tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for children 12 and under, and free for SU and SUNY-ESF students with student ID.
The SU men (4-2, 0-1 in the ACC) are ranked No. 12. Duke (8-1, 0-0) comes in as the No. 2 team in the country.
The SU women (8-2, 2-1) are ranked No. 4 in the country. No. 8 Notre Dame (8-0, 2-0) is undefeated on the season and Virginia Tech (6-4, 0-1) is currently unranked.
