Saturday night was all the July 4th festivities in Manlius. We (aka. I) wanted to beat the traffic and watch the fireworks closer! Instead of heading down to the swan pond and fight parking (which I hear wasn't bad) we went to the FM Highschool stadium. Higher elevation and looks over the village right? WRONG! 90% of fireworks that happened around 10p went below the tree line.
So, next year we will be parking at the Tops at the bottom of the hill and walking over. I hear the beer is cold there too.
