Kids are expensive. AND, I'm not talking about from all their eating and clothes shrinking...Its the extra digital stuff they "need". Here's where I'm going to sound old but things were just different when I grew up. When we got a new video game, we played that new video game. We didn't spend hours the way our character looked before we played that new game. ALSO, if we did that it didn't cost extra lawn cutting money to make my hair purple or to add flames to my pants. BUT....old guy moment done. If you kid plays Fortnite or Roblox you know what I'm saying. If you got a 10 yr old without a job you got demands and you could easily go broke with relaxed parenting. THIS Summer, we are taking advantage of his digital currency passion and getting things done around our new house. Last weekend, cleaned the garage and wash the cars. This weekend, help dad paint his home studio office! My wife even got a photo of him smiling.
