Reggae dogs …So, according to a new study, dogs are more partial to certain kinds of music – specifically, reggae and soft rock. Researchers from the University of Glasgow in Scotland and the Scottish SPCA found that those two genres of music made pups happiest. Other studies have found that classical music has a calming effect on dogs, while heavy metal increases stress and anxiety.
With more people working from home, shaving has become less of a priority …well, for men anyway. According to Proctor & Gamble, which owns Gillette, sales of men’s razors and razor blades are down “due to pandemic-related consumption decline.” Not going into the office means lots of guys are growing beards or embracing that two- three- or more- day stubble. But it seems this shaving decline has not been true for women. Proctor & Gamble says sales of women’s razors and blades have continued to rise. (NYMag)
