Some nights I have a hard time falling asleep.  My mind won't settle down, if you know what I mean.  Or just when I am falling asleep..something will come into my mind and I end up wide awake.  New Research is out from some New york sleep experts that suggest you take a shower before bed and it will help you to get to sleep and stay asleep.  The main trick is do not start too late or your will off set your bodies rythem.  Doc's say the perfect time to take a night shower is 90 minutes before laying your head ont he pillow.  I will try this tonight. - Becky
