Yesterday was National Panic Day, and I think so many people can relate to this! We tend to panic in situations where we feel super uncomfortable or aggravated or upset. I sure wish there was a cure for all this anxiety and what not, but why not celebrate it united, knowing we can overcome it all together.
Here's some things I panic about on a daily basis:
I am SO afraid of snakes and worms. I don't know if they have venom in them or what, their slimy texture is honestly just way too much for me to handle.
My health. As you know, I am a breast cancer survivor, and even though I have been in great health since that experience, I always get nervous I'm going to get bad news from my doctor.
Cooking. Don't even get me started. I cannot stand it. I'm afraid I'm going to light something on fire for goodness sake! Although I tend to not mind it as much when the family is home.
I had a bad experience up at camp where I got lost for quite a long time going to the bathroom (this was at Highland Forest). The woods get pitch black at night and you can't see anything. They had to send in a ranger to find me and my son, what a horrible experience that was. THANK GOODNESS FOR CELL PHONES!!
What do you panic about? What makes you nervous? Call me up and let's talk about them together, maybe we can help each other out!
