Move it! A new study has revealed that if you want to live a long, healthy life, the minimum amount of exercise you need is 150 minutes a week. But there’s good news if you’re not a workout warrior: The research showed that even everyday activities like mopping the floor or walking to work fit into those guidelines.

And Save it! A new survey says 49% of adults between the ages of 18 and 36 can’t afford to cover the costs of a $500 emergency. Also, 28% of adults over the age of 37 admitted they had absolutely no money set aside to cover an unexpected emergency. 

I always try to get a lot of exercise whenever I can. Whether it's taking a walk around my neighborhood, planting things in front of the house, whatever! I know I need to get out and not just sit around. I am truly a type A person and proud of it!
