How many pairs of jeans do you have in your closet that you can actually wear?
According to a recent poll in Women’s Health magazine, 39% of women keep old jeans that no longer fit as weight loss motivation. It focuses the mind on body structure and composition rather than just an arbitrary number on the scale.
I really like this! I always need something to motivate me to be my best. There are certain things that I will keep no matter what. Kind of off topic, but while I like real Christmas trees, I have a fake one someone who means the world to me got when I was sick. And every year since, it has gone up in place of a real tree.
I can definitely see jeans as a motivating factor for people who want to drop some pounds.
