We love Peppino's! When we heard they were at the New York State Fair, it was surprising to learn that they wouldn't have pizza as it is their prized possession. Who could imagine a Peppino's without pizza?
Peppino's caterer John Vigliotti says that they were given their fair license just a few days before they arrived. A wood-fired pizza oven was bulky to get in the space that quickly.
Fast forward to now, and boom! They deliver big-time, coming with delectable Detroit-style pizza with a thick crust.
You really can't go wrong with these guys, and we are excited to visit them in the upcoming days of the fair for a slice!
