Central New York’s newest craft brew house is set to open on October 12th. Heritage Hill Brewhouse and Kitchen will welcome customers on that date on the site of Palladino Farm on Sweet Road in Pompey.
Owner Dan Palladino has picked family friend, John Frazee, to be his head brewer. Frazee’s family farm is down the road from the brewhouse. The brewhouse will offer three beers to start: A milk stout, a British pub ale, and a German wheat beer. 100 percent New York products will be used to brew the German wheat beer.
Palladino’s motto is “Great food, great beer, great views, a great story.” A special opening night of 100 guests for dinner, drinks, and music will take place on Friday October 12th. Reservations will be required. Saturday, the brewhouse will open to the public with a one-time-only cover charge of $10 for anyone 18 or older. Sunday, Heritage Hill will be open free to the public as it will be from then on. For more information, call (315) 766-7885.
