Two female LeMoyne College students were robbed at gunpoint as they waited for a bus.

The two students told Syracuse police that they were waiting at the corner of Audubon Parkway and Fayette Blvd. when two males appeared, with one displaying what they thought was a handgun. They robbed both women of their purses and ran from the scene. The women were not hurt. Detectives say they are also investigating a similar robbery on December 3 in the same area. They say the description of the suspects was similar.

The suspects are described as black males, in their teens, with thin builds, wearing dark clothes and hooded sweatshirts pulled tight around their faces. One wore a black and white bandanna covering his face. The other suspect, with the gun, wore sunglasses.
