The Town of Clay is proposing the construction of a 15 building, 475 apartment complex right off route 31. The buildings will include retail and office space and some could be up to four stories high. The Town has already approved the project but it needs to get past the planning board for review.
The apartments may include one, two or three bedrooms and the plan calls for pools, community centers, etc. The project is mainly residential, but allows for about 26 spaces of commercial use. If you need a new place to live or your business needs a new place to grow I'd jump on this one early!
