Oswego County's District Attorney says he received reports from two people who say they found rocks instead of candy inside their children's candy boxes.
Greg Oakes say the parents told him when they checked their child’s candy they found a “DOTS” candy box had been opened and the candy has been replaced with rocks and then resealed.
Oakes is asking parents who took their children trick-or-treating in the Town of Mexico to please check their children’s candy packages, as the rocks can pose a choking and safety hazard.
